Please use your common/first name only as the event title when recording your booking request.

Right-click here and select ‘copy email’ for the laptop calendar address – remove ‘mailto:’ if your browser has added it to the front of the address!

To book or record your machine usage:

1. Click on the plus sign at the bottom of the calendar and login to your Google Account
2. Enter your booking information:
   For the ‘Event Title‘ put something that will enable other TOL users to identify you – like your common/first name.
   Set the time you want your booking/usage to start and end
   Under ‘Add guests‘, add the calendar address of the machine you wish to book
3. Click save

The first time you use this system:

1. Click on the plus sign at the bottom of the calendar and login to your Google Account
2. Add the calendars for the computers you wish to have access to into the calendar of your account.

Please be aware that this is a managed computer and that the first time you log on to it, the laptop will need to be connected to the UOW wired network. SAL staff can help you with this and we recommend that you arrange a pre-loan appointment with your first loan of the laptop.
