Welcome to the SAL Tech Blog

This blog is an experiment for 2015.
If it works, we’ll try to keep it up šŸ˜‰

We plan to post regularly on what is happening in SAL and provide interesting geospatial goodness in the form of tips, tech notes, and observations about stuff that interests us as SAL Tech Staff.

We hope you will find it useful, interesting, and perhaps even a bit helpful. We are open to suggestion on topics to post about, but reserve final call on what we work on and publish – for obvious reasons. You can make suggestions to us in person next time you are in SAL, or make a comment here or on the About page.

Best wishes for the upcoming festive season, good luck with your applied geospatial research activities over the University break, and we look forward to seeing you in SAL in 2015!
